Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior RF Engineer. This position will involve all aspects of RF and analog electronics design and development.

Senior Responsibilities

• Assisting with client and project qualification
• Analyzing requirements to determine design specifications
• Writing specifications, technical documents, and reports
• Overseeing the work of junior staff implementing your designs
• Authenticating engineering documents

Technical Skills

• Advanced RF design skills from HF through microwave, including:
• Low noise and high power amplifiers
• Basic antenna and matching circuit design
• Passive and active filter synthesis and design
• Feedback control loop design
• Experience with high reliability HF power amplifier design is highly desirable
• Experience using various simulation tools and electronics calculators
• Schematic design and circuit board layout (using Orcad/Cadence or Altium)
• Hardware debugging and testing, prototype assembly (digital, analog, RF)

Educational and Professional Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electronics
• Minimum 10 years experience
• This position requires eligibility for obtaining a Canadian security clearance

You can work on your own and know how to delegate when appropriate. You are comfortable working both on your own or as part of a team. You have excellent communications skills, both written and spoken.
